Where do you ship to?
e ship our products to customers all over the world! During the checkout process, you'll be able to select your country for an accurate shipping cost.
How long does shipping take?
Our current production time for most items is 5-7 days from the date of purchase. This time is for creation, painting, and assembly. Shipping time is in addition to this production time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Since each item is made to order, we do not typically accept exchanges or refunds unless the item has a major issue, such as:
design issues, damages, or the wrong order was sent. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your address is correct before completing checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will work with you to find a solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
What if the colors in person look different from the photos online?
We do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products in our photos. However, please be aware that colors can vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and lighting. If you have any concerns about a specific color, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

What materials do you use for your products?
We primarily use high-quality birch plywood for our laser-cut products. These materials are chosen for their durability, smooth finish, and excellent paint adhesion. In addition, we use vibrant Foxy Hues paints, a premium quality acrylic paint suitable for indoor and outdoor projects. All components are securely bonded using strong adhesive.

Our products are designed for indoor and outdoor use. While they are sealed for protection, we recommend avoiding direct exposure to harsh weather conditions like rain, snow, or intense sunlight to preserve their finish and longevity.
How do you create your products?
We use a high-precision laser cutter to cut and engrave our designs on wood. From there, each piece is hand-sanded, primed, and meticulously hand-painted. We then assemble the final product using a strong adhesive.

Absolutely! We love bringing your unique ideas to life. We specialize in creating personalized signs, custom logos, and unique home decor pieces. Please contact us with your idea, and we'll work with you to create something special.
